Salmon with Horseradish Crust and Asparagus

This is a very simple dish that I’ve made. The Salmon was portioned out to a few pieces, follow by searing both sides to get a nice brown color. Then with my horseradish sauce, I covered the salmon and topped it off with some bread crumbs. Next, it was baked for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. While doing so, I blanched some asparagus and quickly saute them with some butter, salt and pepper. Lastly, the plating was created. I used my leftover horseradish sauce as a base, with asparagus, and then topped with the salmon. For recipe, it was definitely all by taste and by eye, but feel free to ask me! it is simple. Enjoy!
